90 Park Avenue stands at the axis of the vital Midtown business district and the popular residential neighborhood of Murray Hill. MdeAS renovated the building’s lobby and entry, creating a dynamic space evocative of the energy in the surrounding neighborhoods. The elevated ceilings and marble walls of the lobby work in conjunction with the glass entry to lend a sense of depth and brightness to the space. National, in collaboration with Elevecture for the overhead lights, added this same consistent styling with modern, bright stylings to both compliment the lobby's aesthetic and punctuate the project with a hallmark level of craftsmanship and detailing.
