Harold Friedman has spent more than 50 years with the company, having been responsible for building it from a small, local company in the city to the largest elevator cab and door company in the entire northeast. He is recognized as both a leading authority on elevator cabs by The New York Times and a truly innovative mind in his field by the Port Authority of NY/NJ.
JEFF FRIEDMAN
CEO
Jeff Friedman is the third-generation CEO of National. Having joined the team in 1999, he has held highly notable roles such as project manager for the Empire State Building modernization and the One World Trade Center (Freedom Tower) construction. Today he directs the company’s strategic planning, finances, purchasing, and product design.
JOHN FARELLA
President
John Farella joined the National team as President in 2006, and has since spearheaded the modernization and rapid growth of the company. He is responsible for the company’s sales, marketing, and day-to-day operations, a role to which he brings both his decades of experience in the elevator industry and National’s hallmark ingenuity and service.
TONY SANTIAGO
Executive VP of Operations & Finance
Tony Santiago has joined National as VP of Operations & Finance. Tony’s foray into the elevator industry began at the Westinghouse Elevator Plant in Randolph, NJ. He has since held notable roles such as VP of Service Operations at Millar, and the Branch Manager of New Construction at ThyssenKrupp Elevator in Manhattan.
RUDY MENDOZA
VP of Operations
Rudy joined National in 2022, bringing more than 7 years of experience in the elevator cab and entrance industry. Rudy is responsible for all factory operations and customer service. Prior to his role at National, he served as Operations Manager at a company serving the elevator industry.
RANDY ANTONIA LOTT
VP of Design & Project Management
In 2015 Randy joined the National team, bringing more than 15 years of experience as an architect. Prior to her role at National, she served as Director for the award winning MdeAS Architects, leading numerous high end developments in NYC – from design conception through construction administration.
